Membership Application

To become a member of the IBA, complete the membership application form below. All stations owned within a single market must join. You cannot join with just a single station that is part of a market cluster. An AM station member using a translator only pays for the AM membership. Translators rebroadcasting an FM HD signal do count and must be members. After receiving the membership application, the IBA will send you an invoice accordingly. Thereafter, dues will auto-renew unless the IBA receives notice 30 days prior to renewal.


This application must be completed and submitted for each market within your company that is joining.

The annual membership dues are $300 per station annually. Your membership will activate upon receipt of payment, which will be invoiced to you when you sign up. When you join you will have the option to sign up for the fall and spring national cash contests. Please see cash contest page for more information on the contest. The fee for each contest is $300 per station and will be billed separately 8 weeks before the start of each contest. You may opt out of future contest by unchecking the box.
